Our trainer, Susan Stasi, has been a business owner in Santa Clara, California for over 30 years. With a background in education, owner/head chef of a catering business, culinary instructor and a certified professional of food safety, Ms. Stasi offers a wealth of experience in the field of food safety training. When you need to take a course, you should look to those with experience for the most effective training.

We believe that visual teaching methods are superior to computerized instruction for certain learners. Students are taught the importance of personal hygiene, foodborne illnesses, cross contamination, proper procedures for ware washing, how to receive and store merchandise, pest control and more.
