Food Handler Certificate Program
The Food Handler Certificate Program is designed for line staff and non-management personnel in retail food operations. The class is taught at your facility. The textbook is written for ease of comprehension. The course is approximately 4 hours long and includes a lecture, class demonstrations, textbook, multiple choice written exam, and certification. Certification is only received upon passing the exam with 70% or higher.
